1. Who we are
HookDeck is operated by WIN WITH LEE LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17432233. Our registered office is 15 Mailing Way, Basingstoke, United Kingdom, RG24 9TH. Contact us at contactlee@winwithlee.co.uk.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, starting a trial, buying a subscription or using HookDeck, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use HookDeck for an organisation, you confirm you can bind it.
3. The service
HookDeck provides visual boards, content imports, AI-assisted analysis, hooks, scripts, copy, scores, platform adaptations and related tools. We may improve, change or discontinue features. We will not materially reduce a paid service without reasonable notice unless required for security, law or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Accounts and security
Keep your login secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts are personal unless your plan expressly permits sharing.
5. Trial, subscriptions and payment
Eligible new customers may pay $1 for seven days of Pro. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected plan automatically continues at $19 monthly or $199 yearly. Prices, billing period and renewal date are shown before checkout. Taxes may be added where required. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may change future prices with advance notice; an increase applies no earlier than your next renewal after that notice.
The $1 trial is limited to one per customer. We may refuse repeat, abusive or fraudulent trial attempts. Failed payments may lead to restricted access or cancellation.
6. Cancellation and consumer rights
You can cancel through Billing or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Separate refund and statutory cancellation information appears in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload, paste or create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to operate, secure and improve HookDeck. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content, including reference material, recordings, transcripts, personal data and third-party intellectual property.
8. AI output
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other output or unsuitable for your purpose. Scores and advice are estimates, not guarantees of reach, retention, sales or legal compliance. You must review output before publishing and remain responsible for factual claims, permissions, advertising disclosures and compliance with platform rules and law. Do not rely on HookDeck for legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use HookDeck to break the law; infringe rights; deceive, harass or harm; create malware or spam; process highly sensitive data without lawful authority; bypass limits or security; scrape or reverse engineer the service; resell access without permission; or generate unlawful discriminatory, sexually exploitative, extremist or abusive material. We may remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary.
10. Our intellectual property
HookDeck, its software, design, branding and documentation belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during your account or subscription. They do not transfer our intellectual property to you.
11. Availability and liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, opportunity, goodwill or data. Our total liability arising in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or applicable consumer rights.
12. Ending access
You may stop using HookDeck at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment or harm to the service or others. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to remedy. On termination, your right to use HookDeck ends; provisions intended to survive will remain effective.
13. Changes, law and disputes
We may update these terms and will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms. English law governs these terms. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction, without preventing consumers from using any mandatory rights to bring claims where they live.
